Refund & Download Support

Refund eligibility remains available until Polish & Apply has delivered its core value through either a successful resume PDF export or the first activation/use of SmartFill. After either event occurs, refund eligibility ends. If SmartFill or PDF export does not work as intended, contact customer service so we can help troubleshoot and correct the issue.

  • If PDF export fails, contact customer service for help.
  • If SmartFill fails to perform as intended, customer service will assist with troubleshooting.
  • Disliking the SmartFill workflow after using it is not, by itself, a basis to extend refund eligibility.
  • If your download link expires, fails, or is lost, contact momentum@polishandapply.com for download support. Replacement access may be provided after purchase verification.
